Hi there, I’m Steve Krane.

Founder and head coach of Steve Kranes.

Four years ago my life changed dramatically, I was 31 at the time. Alcohol and drugs were a part of my life. I was not happy and I thought to myself “it’s now or never”. I ended my 1,5 year relationship and started to travel on my own, which I had been wanting to do for a long time. The first destinations I went to were Spain and later Morocco.

After my trip to Spain and Morocco ,when I returned home, I decided to find a program to help me connect and communicate better with women. I wanted to have the confidence to speak to a girl wherever I met her, whether it was during the day or the evening. Back then I thought if I could follow some advice from experts in the field, I would overcome my anxiety about talking to a beautiful stranger.

I found a guy on YouTube who was confidently connecting with random, beautiful girls on the street. After contacting him, he said if I really wanted to go for it, there was this cool ten day program which would totally blow my mind.

He convinced me it was worth it, and I enrolled for this program.

Within the first couple of days, I soon realized that it wouldn’t be that easy to get rid of my fear. The crazy shit he made me do was so hard at times, I thought I would pass out. The hardest thing he made me do was walk up to two girls, make up a story and as soon as I had their attention, I had to put two fingers up my nose and just keep on talking until they decided they had enough of the awkwardness. That was the moment I had the feeling that my spirit was leaving my body :).

Luckily we only had to do this craziness for just two days. For the rest of the program, we could just talk normally to the people we encountered, which I was happy to do.

After the fifth day, I finally knew what I wanted to become – a dating coach! After seeing their lifestyle and how they helped out both me and the rest of the guys who joined this program, I became committed to becoming a coach myself.

During this program, one of the students said to me “If it wasn’t for you, I would have quit this program.” At the end of the ten days, even the coaches said they were pleased that I had participated and I brought value and positivity to the group.

After that program I attended a ten day  Vipassana meditation course, which was easily one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. Ten days without talking to each other, no eye contact, only two meals a day, waking up at 4am to meditate for ten hours throughout the day and going to sleep at 9pm.

I wanted to quit on the sixth day, but after thinking it over and convincing myself that I wasn’t a quitter, I stayed and ended that course too.

When I left this course I was really confused, however looking at it now, it changed me for the better. I try to meditate every day for 20 minutes and whenever I have too many thoughts running through my mind, I meditate, which makes me feel relaxed again. I recently did a three day course to refresh what they taught me.

I’ve lost many of my old friends and my family thinks I’m crazy, because now I’m 35 and typically you would have a wife, then some children and buy a house to live in happily ever after. Instead, I’m traveling around the world teaching guys how to become better at connecting with women.  If someone would turn back time, I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.

These days, my approach is a mixture of the spontaneity of a little kid and the depth of a spiritual leader. Everything I teach and preach comes directly from the depths of my heart, and my insights from developing myself in the dating scene for more than ten years now.

I invite you to read my articles to either give me the thumbs up, or give me a creative nickname.

The choice is yours.

See you soon,
